Celebrating May

 Hello Ladies!

Dearest sisters (I have 3) and
other girlfriends,
will you celebrate May with me?

Why May?
Because it's my birthday month
and I think I should celebrate it the whole month long.

Don't you think so?

I'm going somewhere special,
somewhere I've never been
(and can only visit in my imagination).

Can you guess where?

Who knows what I'll do when I get there,
I may even get a tattoo.

  1. I'll join you, but no tattoos for me! Although, that one you posted is intriguing! Happy Birthday, sweet Dewena! We have 3 out of 5 of our children having birthdays this month!

  3. Happy birthday month. John always teased me and said I celebrated my birthday all month long! I thought that was what you were suppose to do! LOL. How exciting that you are getting to go to Paris!

  4. Wherever you go, I will follow, for we are sure to have an enchanting time, as we will be in sweet Paris (say like the French, 'Paree')! I say we start with a silky cafe au lait, accompanied by a warm chocolate croissant, while we watch the fashionable French dash about their daily routines, stopping for fresh baguettes and flowers. A glass of wine, a bit of brie, et voilà! -une belle vie!

This year, if I'm not mistaken, your birthday falls on Mother's Day, does it not? Bon! That calls for a celebration even the French haven't seen!

    Are we there yet?

  14. Happy Birthday month dear Dewena,
Wishing the loveliest of ladies a splendid month!
Four of our family members have Birthdays this month too.
Now back to the trip, of course I will be there, forget unpacking the apartment here in the states, and all of the worries of the day. Take me away to Paris and let us shop, treat ourselves to fine pastries and sip the best wine!
