The real me is the woman in this window, manual typewriter in front of her but holding a pencil posed over paper. Deer nibble at shrubbery on snow-covered lawn, fodder both for her writing and for her life.
Or are they the same thing?

Oh, my dear Dewena, your four valentines are darling!! Such smiles and happiness shine so sweetly on their beautiful faces, all mirror images of their parents' love! Thank you for sharing these precious family photos with us!
Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours, my friend!
Old photos seem to have an abundance of charm and character to spare, and your's are no exception. Poppy expressed my thoughts exactly, so I'll just say 'ditto'. ;)
Love all the old pictures, especially the first black and white. I always used to go through my mom's old black and white pictures and wondered about the story behind them. They must be treasures to you.

Dewena, Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my blog posts. It's nice to 'meet' you and I look forward to getting to know you. Your blog header with woman by the window surely speaks to me, as I often write about what I see out my own window. It's a wonderful header.
